How warm does it actually get?
8 heat levels from 30°C to 55°C. Level 1 feels cosy, Level 8 delivers deep warmth on cold British evenings — typically within 2 minutes.
Can I machine wash it?
Yes. Simply detach the smart controller and machine wash on a delicate cycle. The robe is built from durable premium sherpa fleece for repeated washes.
Is it safe?
The Heat Robe is UKCA and CE certified with overheat protection and auto shut-off. The same safety standards used in regulated electrical products.
How much does it cost to run?
At 120W and UK average electricity prices, around 3p per hour — a fraction of central heating, which typically costs £1–£3 per hour.
Can I sleep in it?
We recommend turning the heat off before sleeping. The robe itself is wonderful to wear unheated thanks to the sherpa fleece lining.
Can I wear it without heating?
Absolutely. Many customers use it daily as a luxury wearable blanket and only switch on the heat when they want it.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatched within 24 hours. UK delivery 1–3 working days. Free shipping on orders over £100.
What if I change my mind?
You can return your Heat Robe within 30 days for a 100% refund, provided it is unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer.
