14-day statutory right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. You are welcome to open the box and inspect the robe as you would in a shop.

Refunds — including the standard outbound delivery charge — are issued within 14 days of us receiving the item back. We may make a deduction only if the item shows use beyond what is needed to inspect it.

30-day Heat Robe promise

Beyond your statutory rights, we accept returns up to 30 days from delivery where the item is unused and in its original packaging, for a full product refund.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. For faulty goods you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we cover return postage.

How to return

• Email returns@theheatrobe.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
• We will confirm your return eligibility and provide the returns address.
• Pack the item securely.
• Ship the return using a tracked service of your choice. Return postage is paid by the customer.
• Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.

Warranty

Every Heat Robe comes with a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty against defects.
